At Coilycue, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to take advantage of our texture samples, detailed product descriptions, and installation videos to help you find the perfect match before placing your order.
Texture Samples
Please note that texture samples are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we highly recommend purchasing the texture sample kits to ensure the right match. You can even enjoy a discount on your full order after purchasing a texture sample kit!
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your extensions to request a return.
Exchanges Over Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you received your order but need a different length or texture, we are happy to help with an exchange. We encourage exchanges over returns by offering free shipping on exchanged items. Just contact us at contact@coilycue.com to get started!
Return Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, untied, unworn and unused, with tags and the safety net intact, and in its original packaging.
Hair extensions are hygienic products, so if you cut the product tags, remove the protective net, labels, or excessively brush/finger-comb the extensions, we cannot accept the return and the product will be sent back to you. Please inspect your extensions carefully without removing the tags upon receipt to ensure satisfaction.
We also encourage you to watch our installation videos and review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at contact@coilycue.com with photos of the product in its original condition, along with a reason for the return. If approved, we will provide instructions within 1-2 business days. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Please note that a small restocking fee of 10% will apply to all non-defective returns, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items returned due to incorrect addresses, failure to collect from the post office, or failure to pay customs duties will result in store credit minus any associated shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. We will work quickly to provide an exchange or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was delivered and you've not gotten a confirmation, contact us at contact@coilycue.com.
