• Once the Post Office accepts the shipment, it’s out of our hands. We are not responsible for late deliveries, customs delays, lost or stolen items, etc. 

• Special notes about mail delivery will not be seen on the shipping label or your package. If you have special instructions, please contact your post office or mail person directly. We are not responsible for wrong deliveries. 

• International customers: We are not responsible for customs charges nor will we issue refunds due to customs charges. These government fees are NOT paid to Coilycue and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.


If you decide that you do not want to pay the customs and/or duty due and your package is returned to us, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
